Online Casinos for Russians in Germany

There are a lot of online casinos on the internet, and they are available in many different languages. But are there special offers for people in Germany who speak Russian? Can you use an online casino in Russian while legally playing from German ground? There are indeed certain websites that offer that kind of service. In this article, we will share our findings and will also present an excellent source for further information. We hope you will find the best online casino for your taste. And we wish you luck for hitting that jackpot!

Finding the лучшее онлайн казино

When trying to find the perfect online casino with lots of promising slot machines, a nice selection of card games and roulette versions, as well as live casino streams, you can really spend hours and days searching. Especially if you are searching for an online casino that you can trust, that you can legally use from your current location, and that offers you the languages which you speak (and are able to read). People looking for the best Russian speaking online casinos in Germany should make sure to check out the лучшее онлайн казино on bestcasinosites.net. It shows you different casino sites, the number of their games, the casino bonus and more.

You should definitely check out the whole site. It offers a ton of information so that you can start playing right away on the chosen casino site. This one you can choose from the top 10 list, which shows you offer from Vulkan Vegas, EU Slot, Boom Casino, Mr Bit, Lucky Days, Casino.me, N1 Casino, Million Vegas and Winota. How many slot machines do these online casinos have? How many are available via an app on your smartphone? And how many live casino streams with real croupiers can you play in each casino? You’ll get all the answers and lots of further information on the site linked above.

Using the right online casino app for your smartphone

Modern online casinos mostly don’t require any software to be installed on either computers nor smartphones. The games and payment options are offered directly in the web browser – for example, Google Chrome on Android or Safari on iOS. This means that no storage space is taken up on the smartphone, and all game data (i.e. budget used, winnings achieved, jackpots won, etc.) are directly synchronized with the provider. Thus, many reputable providers of internet gambling do not require a native mobile casino app. On the provider side, this ensures that only the website and not an additional app has to be maintained. The support offering can also be kept smaller this way.

For players, this is, of course, also an advantage, as the web app – i.e. the website of the online casino executed in the mobile web browser – causes fewer problems. In addition, it does not need basic updates as often as an app, which must always be adapted to the current operating system. The best Russian online casino app for players in Germany is therefore not a real app but rather a website optimized for mobile displays. This also counts for tablet displays. So, imagine laying on your couch, taking a train somewhere or being on vacation while at the same time you can use your tablet to win a jackpot worth a couple of million Euros. It is possible!

Why not go to the brick and mortar casino?

In many larger cities, there are gaming arcades and machine halls, which usually welcome players in the evening, at night and even in the morning, each offering a few slot machines with different games. But as meagre as this description sounds, so is the offer. Because neither are the facilities open 24/7 nor do they offer free games or jackpots with million Euro winnings. Also, the risk of being robbed is always present, which is not the case when playing from home, with secure data connections and payment methods like PayPal. And the biggest advantage of slots in online casinos: they offer an extremely high payout rate, while offline slots are in the shallow midfield and can’t make anyone rich.

Meaning: the best casinos for Russian speakers in Germany are the ones that operate on the internet. Not only is all the content translated to a language that you understand. The support will also be in Russian and most likely also in English. Using a gambling hall in Germany, you will always be needing to speak German or be faced with people who speak very little English. To find the best online casinos for Russian speakers in Germany, just check out the link given above. Choose one of the top 10 casinos and start testing all the great online slots and other games. You can even play them for free!

Russian Online Casinos – Our Verdict

So, if you are a Russian speaking person wanting to play online casino games from Germany, we got you covered. Be assured that there are a couple of different sites out there that will welcome you with several hundred games as well as a generous welcome bonus. Good luck, and may you hit the jackpot right away!

Why Do People Play Russian Roulette?

Odds of staying alive playing Russian roulette

Russian roulette has been around since the mid-nineteenth century. The potentially deadly game of chance is estimated to have taken the lives of thousands of people, yet despite its risk of death, people continue to play it to this day. In this post, we’ll go over some of the reasons why people find themselves attracted to Russian roulette and decide to play the game despite being aware of the risks involved.

Extreme Thrills

Many people get a kick out of doing extreme activities, such as highly dangerous sports. They do these things knowing there’s a risk of them being hurt and that risk makes the activity all the more appealing and satisfying. With Russian roulette, there’s obviously a chance that you’ll die and for some people, this is the biggest possible risk there is. To these people, because Russian roulette involves the ultimate risk, it’s much more thrilling than any other kind of extreme activity. Sure, when you play dangerous sports, for example, there is a chance of death but it’s very low indeed. With Russian roulette, the chance of being killed is much higher – 1/6 if you’re using a six-chamber revolver with six people playing, and higher in many other instances. For some people, the risk involved with playing Russian roulette is worth the adrenaline rush that the game gives you.

Showing Off

If you’re playing Russian roulette with other people, you’re not technically guaranteed to get shot. For example, if there are two of you playing and the revolver has six chambers with only one loaded with a round, you have a 1/2 chance of being unlucky enough to get shot. Some people play the game because they want to show off to others and prove that they’re brave enough to take the game on and beat the odds. Some gangs have been to have initiation ceremonies where potential new members are made to play the game to prove they’re willing to take risk. In these games, the revolvers are empty so there’s no chance of dying at all, but those being initiated are made to believe one of the chambers is loaded and that they’re actually playing a proper game of Russian roulette.

Suicidal Thoughts

Some people who are thinking of committing suicide decide to play Russian roulette by themselves, or even with others, as a way of tempting fate. Those who play alone do so because they have a chance of dying, which part of them wants, but at the same time they’re not going as far as deliberately killing themselves outright – there’s a chance that after a pull of the trigger, they’ll survive. Suicidal people, therefore, may play this game because they don’t have the courage or willpower to shoot themselves straight away knowing they’ll face instant death – they’d rather play a game where there’s only a risk of death and they can stop and carry on living at any time.

Curiosity

Russian roulette is well known, undoubtedly because of its extreme and controversial nature. Some people play the game simply because they’re curious about it and they want to see what all the fuss is about. They accept the risk and still go ahead with playing despite potentially dying because they’ve heard of many other people playing it, and surviving, and want to experience it for themselves. They think that if others have played the game and come to no harm, they themselves should be able to play it and walk away unscathed. Part of what attracts people to the game is that they’re interested in experiencing the feelings of excitement and relief when the trigger is pulled and no round is fired.

Don’t Take The Risk

We’ve gone over some of the main reasons why people decide to play Russian roulette. We can’t stress enough that you should never play the game, no matter how much it appeals to you or how much someone else wants you to play. Even though you may well survive, there’s still a high chance you won’t make it and plenty of people have died from playing the game. If you’re after extreme thrills, practise a sport that’s much safer instead. If you want to show off to others, find some other way of doing so. If you’re experiencing suicidal thoughts, speak to someone and get help. If you’re curious about the game, just read about it and don’t take things further by playing it.

Even though playing Russian roulette is strongly discouraged, people will no doubt continue to play the game for one reason or another. If you find yourself determined to play, do the sensible thing and try a non-lethal version of the game instead, or anything at all that doesn’t involve shooting guns and potentially killing yourself or others. There are some safe alternatives that simulate the experience of playing the game but without the extreme risk of death. It’s better to play a safer game and get to live, then to foolishly play a lethal game and end your life too soon.

The Maths Of Russian Roulette

Mathematics

Russian roulette is a game of chance with some seriously lethal consequences. In this post, we’ll have a look at some of the maths behind the game and reveal what the chances of surviving the game are in different circumstances. Even though the odds can be favourable, we would never encourage you to play as there’s still a significant chance something could go wrong and if it does, you will end up paying the ultimate price.

Chances Of Survival With One Trigger Pull

In many instances of Russian roulette, a six-shot revolver is used and there are two players who take it in turns to pull the trigger while pointing the revolver at the other player. Throughout this post we’ll use this particular type of gun in our examples. Let’s say you’re playing a potentially deadly game of Russian roulette. You load a six-shot revolver with a single round by placing it in one of the six chambers and spin the cylinder. Then, the other player places the muzzle right up against your head and pulls the trigger.

If the loaded chamber is lined up against the revolver’s barrel and primer percussion mechanism, the round will be shot out and you will, most likely, die. If, however, the chamber is empty, when you pull the trigger nothing will happen and you’ll live. In this situation, you have a 1/6 chance of dying. This is simply because the revolver has six chambers and only one is loaded. If two chambers are loaded, the chances of you being shot are 2/6 or 1/3; if three chambers have rounds in them, the chances are 3/6 or 1/2 and so on. Again, most Russian roulette games have a single chamber out of six loaded so as to improve a person’s chances of surviving.

Chances Of Survival With Multiple Trigger Pulls

So what about if you pull the revolver’s trigger more than once? We’ll use the example from above. You’ve got a six-shot revolver with one out of the six chambers loaded. We’ll assume that after each trigger, you don’t spin the cylinder again (doing so randomises the position of the loaded chamber and effectively gives you a fresh 1/6 chance of being shot).

To carry on from the example above, the revolver’s trigger was pulled and no round was fired. There are now five chambers left to be fired and one of them has the round in it. Now it’s your turn. You hold the gun against the other player’s head and pull the trigger. They have a 1/5 chance of being shot. For the third pull of the trigger, which the other player makes against you, it’s a 1/4 chance of being shot. For the fourth pull, which you make against the other player, they have a 1/3 chance of having the round getting fired at them. It’s the other player’s turn and they’re making the fifth pull of the trigger, which has just a 1/2 chance of resulting in a shot being fired. If by now the round hasn’t been fired, the sixth and final pull of the trigger will definitely result in someone getting shot – it’s your turn and if you pull the trigger, the other player will get shot and die.

But what about if the cylinder is spun after each trigger? Let’s say you’re playing Russian roulette with someone else and that other person is going to pull the trigger six times, spinning the cylinder after every pull. Each individual pull of the trigger gives you a 1/6 chance of being shot. But what are the chances of surviving six consecutive trigger pulls? The sum to do for this would be 1 – (5/6)6, which works out at roughly 66.5%. The 5/6 refers to the chances of your surviving each pull and the power of six refers to each pull. So, if someone pulls the trigger six times and spins the cylinder after each pull, you have a 2/3 chance of making it through without getting shot.

No matter how many times the cylinder is spun and the trigger is pulled, you’ll only have a 1/6 chance of getting shot with each individual pull. If the cylinder is spun, there’s never a 100% chance you’ll get shot (providing there’s at least one empty chamber, of course).

In this game, where there are two people playing and the cylinder has six chambers, only one of which is loaded, you have a 1/2 chance of getting shot. If there are three people getting fired at twice each, your chance of getting shot decreases to 1/3. Likewise, if there are six people – one fire for each person – your overall chance of being unlucky and getting the round fired at you is 1/6.

Safe Drinking Game Variations Of Russian Roulette

Drinking Game

Why is Russian roulette so-called? It’s called ‘roulette’ because the spinning of the revolver’s cylinder resembles the spinning of the roulette wheel and there’s an element of chance involved. The word ‘Russian’ is featured in the game’s name because it supposedly originated in Russia. The first known mention of the game was in an 1840 story ‘The Fatalist’ by Russian writer Mikhail Lermontov. Since then, the game has featured in many TV shows, films and other written stories; it’s also been played by people in real life, often with fatal consequences.

It goes without saying that playing the proper version of Russian roulette with a loaded gun is seriously not recommended. Even though many have survived, there’s still a chance of dying. Some people have come up with safe alternatives that are based on the game’s core mechanics but don’t involve anything life-threatening. Most of these are drinking games that, at worst, will get you a bit drunk. Here’s a look at two of the main Russian roulette-inspired drinking games and how they’re played.

Beer Hunter

This is a version of Russian roulette that can actually be quite entertaining and funny, especially if you’re a bystander. The way the game works is straightforward. Six closed cans of beer are used and one of them is shaken vigorously. The cans are then mixed up so that no one knows which one has been shaken. Players then take it in turns to open a can directly beneath their nose. Whoever opens the can that’s been shaken gets a load of beer sprayed up their nose and is the loser. This game doesn’t involve and risk of death or anything like that – it’s completely safe and the most that will happen to you is that you’ll get a shock when a surge of beer shoots up your nose. It can get a bit messy, so be prepared to clean up some beer spillage when the shaken can is opened. It doesn’t matter what beer is used – any type will do. You don’t even have to use beer, as ay sort of canned drink will do.

Vodka Shots

When it comes to drinking culture, shots are popular because they’re seen as a quick way of getting someone drunk. More often than not, it’s strong spirits such as vodka or gin that are used in shots. A safe version of Russian roulette involves shots of vodka instead of guns. Players get some shot glasses (usually six) and fill one with vodka, while filling the others with water or vodka that’s been heavily watered down. The glasses are scrambled so that no one can tell which one contains the vodka. Those who are participating in the game then take it in turns to choose a shot glass and drink its contents in one go by downing it.

The idea behind this game is that whoever picks the vodka shot has to go through the experience of downing a strong spirit – many people find spirits too strong to consume without some sort of mixer. Some people, especially people in their late teens and twenties, enjoy drinking and play this version of Russian roulette as an innocent, but fun, drinking game to get the night going.

Creating Your Own Safe Russian Roulette Variant

What the games above have in common is that they involve a number of options, one of which has bigger consequences than the others. Pick the wrong can of beer and when opened, beer will rush up your nose; pick the wrong shot glass and it’ll be strong vodka you’re downing in one, not water. Both of these games can be played with just about any number of people and there can be any number of options to choose from. You could have a game with twelve people and twelve shot glasses, only one of which contains vodka, for example, or you could have twelve people but two or more glasses containing the alcoholic drink. There’s plenty of room for variation.

You can, of course, come up with your own version of Russian roulette. Simply create a game that involves choosing from a number of options, one of which is different from the others. Whoever picks the different one loses. It doesn’t necessarily have to involve drinking; you could have foods wrapped up and one of them could be something disgusting, for example.

Whatever you decide to do, just make sure that the version of Russian roulette you play is completely safe and that no one playing it will come to any harm. Games are best enjoyed when they’re all about fun and entertainment; playing something that’s potentially harmful is just reckless. Though some people continue to play the proper, potentially deadly version of Russian roulette, that doesn’t mean you can’t play safe alternatives.

Deaths From Russian Roulette

Caution Label

Russian roulette, by its very nature, is a potentially lethal game. After all, when playing it you pull the trigger of a revolver that has one loaded chamber and it’s down to chance whether the firing chamber has the round in it or not. If it does, you get shot; if it doesn’t, you’re safe for the time being. Even though the game can result in death, this hasn’t stopped many people from playing it over the years and taking the ultimate risk.

There are no statistics on exactly how many people have died playing Russian roulette. However, it’s estimated that since the game’s invention, thousands, if not tens of thousands, of people have lost their lives playing the game. Some of the better-known cases of people dying from playing Russian roulette are listed below:

Ivan ‘JP’ Cole

Ivan Cole, also known as ‘JP’, was twenty-five years old at the time of his death. He was a mixed martial arts fighter and lived in the city of Dallas, Texas. It was reported that Cole killed himself while playing Russian roulette in an apartment. He left behind a wife and a four-year-old daughter. In the aftermath of his death, his wife set up a Go Fund Me page and attributed her husband’s passing to ‘gun play’, while the local police department initially classed the death as ‘unexplained’ until the autopsy was completed.

Aimo Leikas

Aimo Leikas was a Finnish magician and entertainer. He was born in 1947 and early on in his career, he specialised in things such as hypnosis, illusions and balancing acts. During the 60s and 70s, the entertainment industry became a lot more competitive, thanks to the rise of TV. And so, Leikas adapted his act and began performing riskier and more extreme tricks. Unfortunately, he decided to take things to a very dangerous place and he would play Russian roulette. He ended up tragically dying at the age of twenty-nine when playing the game in front of an audience. His death ended up being classed as a work-related accident.

Santos Rodriguez

Back in 1973, twelve-year-old Santos Rodriguez and his brother were being questioned about a burglary by Darrell L. Cain, an officer from Dallas Police. The officer suspected the two young brothers of stealing and, rather horrifically, forced them to play Russian roulette in an attempt to get them to confess. Unfortunately, Santos ended up getting shot and died as a result.

Ana Julia Lima Clemente

Ana was just fifteen years of age when she died from playing Russian roulette. She lived in the Brazilian state of Santa Catarina and was at home with a friend a year younger than her when the tragic incident occurred. She got a hold of a revolver and was reportedly ‘fooling around’ with it. She pulled the trigger twice and nothing happened. Then, when she pulled it for a third time the round was in the firing chamber and was shot at her, killing her. The revolver belonged to the girl’s uncle and after an investigation was carried out, it was determined that the death was a tragic accident and that no foul play was involved.

Matthew Minkler

Another teenager who died as a result of Russian roulette was Matthew Minkler. He lived in the city of Henderson near Las Vegas and was only seventeen years old when he passed away. Police started a murder investigation and of the two teenage boys who were with Minkler when he died, one was charged with murder with a deadly weapon and the other with accessory to murder after the fact and destroying evidence. Despite one of the boys telling the police the other shot Minkler during a game of Russian roulette, Minkler’s family didn’t believe the gaming element to the story and said that Matthew was simply shot, possibly as a way of shutting him up.

Johnny Ace

Johnny Ace’s full name was John Marshall Alexander Jr. He was born in Memphis, Tennessee and died in Houston, Texas, at the age of twenty-five. He was an R&B singer and had a number of hit singles in the 50s. His death was at first attributed to Russian roulette, however, it later transpired that while Ace technically did kill himself by shooting himself, he wasn’t actually playing the game. According to witnesses, Ace was in a dressing room and has been drinking. He had a pistol with him and pointed it at his girlfriend then at another woman. Someone told him to be careful with the pistol and Ace then replied that it wasn’t loaded – he then pointed it at his face, pulled the trigger and, because the pistol was indeed loaded, he died the and there.

Don’t Add To This List

What all these people have in common is that they died too young and they died when they shouldn’t have. It can’t be stressed enough how dangerous Russian roulette is – the same can obviously be said for guns in general. Hopefully, the number of deaths from playing the game will decrease in the coming years.

Welcome To SP Times Russia!

Welcome

Welcome to our brand new blog, SP Times Russia! This is a blog dedicated to the famous but deadly game that is Russian roulette. Here you’ll find a number of posts to do with the game, so if you’re interested in it and want to learn more about it, you’ve come to the right place. If you haven’t got a clue what it’s about at all, don’t worry because right here on this page we’ll give you a brief summary of it.

A word of warning: Russian roulette must never be played properly, as it poses a real risk of death. People have played it in the past and even today, some people still play. Though some have survived, many have died and you must never play thinking the odds are in your favour because there’s still a chance things could go wrong.

So what’s this blog all about? While we strongly recommend you not play Russian roulette, we’ve put together this blog simply to let people know more about the game. Without further ado, let’s get right to it and have a look at what the game is all about.

Russian Roulette Summary

Here we’ll give you a brief summary of Russian roulette. It’s a game of chance where a six-chamber revolver has a round loaded into one chamber. The cylinder is spun and then the game proceeds. Usually two or more people play. If it’s a two-player game, one person will go first and pull the trigger while pointing the gun at their own head (in some games, players point the gun at other players). Five of the revolver’s six chambers are empty, so pulling the trigger is less likely to result in death. However, with each subsequent pull, the chance of being shot increases. The final pull always results in the round being fire and the person being shot.

Though the game is controversial because of its risks of death, that hasn’t stopped it from appearing in many novels, TV shows, movies, video games and songs. It’s appeared in the aptly named novel Russian Roulette by Anthony Horowitz, in the 2020 action film Money Plane, in an episode of Peaky Blinders, in the video game Detroit: Become Human and has been referenced in songs by Lady Gaga and Rihanna, to give just a few examples.

The Legality of Russian Roulette

Yes, you read it correctly. Russian roulette is a game that involves an actual revolver being loaded with an actual round and being fired – yes, people have died from playing the game. The game isn’t actually illegal, however possessing guns may well be against the law where you live. It also goes without saying that pulling a trigger and killing someone, whether you mean to or not, is obviously a criminal offence and will most likely result in you getting a hefty prison sentence.

While Russian roulette isn’t technically illegal, shooting others obviously is. Unless you want to spend countless years in prison, it’s best to avoid playing and do other things instead.
