Job description:
• Responsible for accounting treatment, reconciliations and compliance
• Manages and Finance staff in the legal entity
• Ensures accurate monthly closing for the legal entity
• Ensures compliance of Finance tools, processes and systems with guidelines for the respective country
• Interface to local / regional authorities
• Dealing with external / internal audits
• Manages , control & continuously improves financial performance with product Lines
• Provides financial support in sales and delivery process, risk management, forecasting and reporting
• Responsible for steering LRBP, budgeting, forecasting and investment processes in legal entity
• Supports Business and Country Heads in all finance related matters
We are looking for:
Educational background and experience:
• Degree of Master in Business Administration
• 4 years + experience in similar role, within multinational environment
Skills:
• Fluent in English
• Teamworker
• Proficient user of Ms Office Package
• Knowledge of database structure (Ms Access, Oracle)
• Knowledge of Financial ERPs a plus
• Ability to work in a multinational environment
